Education and Student Experience Plan
A connected student experience, every time
This Plan sets a clear direction for strengthening the student experience across Griffith by building on what is already working and scaling it for consistent impact. It focuses on connecting learning, teaching and support so students experience the University as a whole, with accessible, high-quality support at every stage. Through shared effort across academic and professional teams, the Plan drives continuous improvement in learning and teaching, strengthens belonging, and prepares graduates for future success.
Griffith Learning and Teaching Capabilities Framework
Practice values, capabilities and lifecycle
This Framework makes explicit the individual capabilities underpinning our roles in learning and teaching. Within the Framework, a capability is defined as an individual’s ability to apply specific knowledges, skills and/or values to their learning and teaching practice.
