Academic Assist

Academic Assist is the front door to the Centre for Collaborative Educational Excellence's services and support.

The Centre is the central learning and teaching unit providing support for teaching staff. We provide assistance and advice with:

• academic course administration
• L&T onboarding
• L&T systems user support, including Learning@Griffith (VLE), Curriculum Management System (CMS) and Grade Management System (GMS).

You can also access wider CCEE support for

• program and course design
• learning media design
• L&T professional learning
• awards and recognition.

Support from the Academic Assist team is accessible through multiple channels, from 8am to 5pm weekdays, including:

• a helpline phone number (07) 3735 8208 - for those quick questions
• an online webform - questions that might need more detail and a further callback
• bookable Teams sessions - in-depth help at a time of your choosing * (25 min consultation)

*current booking hours are 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.  If you require something outside these hours or a longer session, please complete the online form with your request.
