DSSP Auslan interpreter booking form

Students please note: This booking form is for use by authorised booking agents only. Please approach your institution's disability and accessibility service to arrange bookings on your behalf.

The earlier you book, the more likely you are to have suitable interpreters allocated to your booking. It may be possible to accommodate bookings outside the parameters outlined below, please contact us for advice.

Please read our booking terms and conditions (PDF, 1.44Mb) before proceeding, and note we require:

One booking form per client, per event (see our website for more details)
At least two week's advance notice for most one-off (non-recurring) bookings
At least four weeks' advance notice for recurring bookings (such as scheduled classes and graduation ceremonies)
At least six weeks’ advance notice for events requiring extensive preparation (for example, conferences).
