Why the Griffith Veterans Program?
As a values-based education institution, Griffith recognises the contributions that veterans and their families make to the community. The Veterans Student Success Program is the mechanism through which Griffith University acknowledges those contributions. The program supports students with attaining recognition and credit for service or prior experience/learning, assistance with scholarships and funding support, advice on course planning and career transition, and much more.

The team can help you apply for credit based on your ADF Service Record possibly reducing the completion time of your degree.
Scholarships
At Griffith, we are dedicated to ensuring equal access to education for all who want to learn, knowing everyone's talents are personal experiences are valuable. We offer more scholarships than ever, providing financial support to a wider range of students.
There’s no need to apply for individual Griffith scholarships. Simply submit the form once each year and you’ll automatically be considered for all of them. The Veterans Student Support Team can assist you.
Griffith scholarships and awards
Direct admission and credit recognition
The Veterans Direct Application Pathway offers you the opportunity to apply directly to Griffith for admission to most undergraduate degrees on the basis of your service.
You may also be eligible for credit or recognition of prior learning. If you have completed the armed services general training and at least two years' service, you will be awarded a selection rank making you eligible for a range of Griffith degrees.
