Recognising our long service staff
Forty-two colleagues reached their 25- or 35- year milestones in 2025 and each of them will take a piece of Griffith home as a token of our appreciation for their dedication and contributions made to the University during that time.
Each staff member received a plaque made from a Tallowwood tree that was knocked down during the severe weather caused by Cyclone Alfred in March. The wood was worked and engraved by the Men's Shed Mount Gravatt.

The talent and commitment of these colleagues is truly inspirational.
