Lead with clarity, purpose and impact

Our Impact Leadership Retreats combine innovative curriculum design with a distinctive format and delivery, creating an environment for deep learning, meaningful networking, and personal reflection.

Over the course of the retreat, you’ll engage with a small cohort of like-minded CEO's, leaders and founders, who share a purpose-driven approach to leadership.  You will leave with renewed clarity, a strong sense of purpose, and actionable insights to elevate both yourself and your organisation.

Engage with like-minded peers

In a rapidly shifting world, today’s leaders face critical questions:

  • How do we build organisations that are both purpose-driven and profitable?
  • How do we balance people, planet and profit amid constant disruption?
  • How do we remain resilient, grounded and effective through profound change.

This is an opportunity to step away from the everyday and invest in your leadership journey alongside an exceptional peer group.

Shape your leadership

Cultivate a wisdom approach to leadership

Develop a deeper sense of presence, self-awareness, resilience, and clarity to make good long-term decisions with conviction.

Understand strategies that transform, not just adapt

Identify the business models, mindsets, and policies that enable exponential impact.

Anchor your energy and purpose

Develop personal practices that will help you stay grounded, and deeply energised in ways that support your sense of purpose and commitment to make a difference.

Unblock what’s holding you back

Identify and explore the personal shadows, beliefs, behaviours, and systems that limit your capacity to thrive and be.

Commit to your path

Leave with the tools and insights you came for: the outcomes that will transform your business and your life.

The Impact Leadership Retreat forms part of the Blackmore Business Leadership Partnership, a Griffith Business School initiative developed with the Blackmore Family Foundation to reimagine executive leadership education.

Central to this partnership is the Chair of Business Leadership, held by Professor Andrew White, who brings more than two decades of experience from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. He works globally with leaders to understand how they can transcend the internal and external challenges they face to ensure they deliver sustainable high performance.

"Organisations and business leaders need to take the world into the unknown and are facing massive new challenges such as talent sourcing, new technology, and climate change, so it’s critical to disconnect form the work, and make time to see the bigger picture."

Professor Andrew White

You can hear Professor White speak about the 2025 retreat and the impact it had on delegates in the short video below.

Such an astonishing curriculum—thank you all so much for the gift of this work. I’m still processing the shift it has brought in me—I can’t wait to see where I can take this .
