Purchasing of Software and Licenses for the University.
This service is available to
Academic staff, professional staff, HDR students, undergraduate students, postgraduate students.
Service Provisions
Service Includes:
- Purchasing of software
- Purchasing of licenses
- Purchasing of cloud-based software subscriptions/services
Service Excludes:
- Purchase of computer hardware, networking equipment and accessories.
Service Availability
Self-help service available 24/7.
Client service staff available 9am-5pm working days.
Cost
There is no cost associated with the purchase and installation of enterprise software on Griffith assets. Costs for non-enterprise software will be passed through to the requesting school or element.
Digital Solutions manages and negotiates subscriptions to selected software for students which are provided free of charge or at a discounted rate.
