Ms. Nichols holds undergraduate qualifications in International Business and Chinese language from Griffith University and has an MBA.
She has spent much of her professional career in the Asia-Pacific region, with leadership roles in Greater China and Singapore for both private and public sector organisations. Ms Nichols has experience leading culturally diverse teams to facilitate and deliver commercial outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
