Meet, greet and interact

We hold events throughout the year to benefit both current and prospective HDR candidates and the wider Griffith research community.

Three Minute Thesis

This annual competition challenges HDR candidates to summarise their thesis topic in just three minutes.

HDR Skills Week: 25 - 29 May 2020

In these unusual and trying times, we are committed to supporting our HDR cohort as much as possible. While we will miss engaging with you at our in person workshops, we are delighted to be able to bring to you a virtual HDR Skills Week program for 2020.

International Student Research Forum

The mission of the International Student Research Forum is to provide an international stage for graduate research students to collaborate beyond the boundaries of disciplines and nationalities. The Forum aims to attract the world's brightest, upcoming scientists and provides an opportunity to showcase world-class education and research.

Griffith University hosted the 13th annual ISRF at the Gold Coast campus in June 2018.

GGRS Workshops

Our HDR candidate workshop program provides a wide range of opportunities for you to develop transferable skills to assist you throughout your candidature.

Our HDR supervisor workshop program consists of two compulsory accreditation modules plus a variety of elective workshops.
