The amount of credit you receive depends on the amount and type of study you have completed.

You may be eligible for up to two-thirds credit towards a bachelors degree depending on the nature of the previous study. However, notwithstanding the amount of credit awarded, you will be required to complete a minimum amount of study at Griffith University. Refer to the Credit and Recognition of Prior Learning Policy (PDF 276k) for details.

If you are an undergraduate student and have applied for an internal transfer from one program to another, there is no need to lodge a credit application. Your credit entitlement will be processed and noted on your academic record. However, you may be contacted and asked to provide more information, which may include lodging an Online Credit Application.

A student may apply for additional credit using the Online Credit Application after receiving an outcome from the initial University assessment.
