Rebecca Frizelle OAM is an accomplished business leader with extensive directorial experience across public and private enterprises, spanning corporate governance, education, sport, and community service.

Ms. Frizelle's corporate leadership includes a four-year directorship of ASX-listed Sunland Development Group and current board position with LifeFlight Australia. She holds a Master of Laws (LLB) in Enterprise Governance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In sport, Ms. Frizelle was the first female Chairperson of a national sporting organisation, leading the NRL's Gold Coast Titans from 2014 before acquiring majority ownership in 2025. She also served on the Board of Paralympics Australia (2020-2025) and is a director Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Organising Committee.

Her commitment to education is demonstrated through her service to Griffith University, culminating in her appointment as Deputy Chancellor in October 2022.

Ms. Frizelle was awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for her contributions to the motor industry and rugby league, and remains a dedicated advocate for Queensland's development and growth
