About us
Established in 2015, the Menzies Health Institute Queensland (MHIQ) is a globally renowned partnership between Griffith University and the prestigious Menzies Foundation. Located in South East Queensland, our Institute boasts state-of-the-art laboratories, and research and clinical facilities across five Griffith campuses from Brisbane to Gold Coast, with headquarters on the Gold Coast.
We have established meaningful clinical and community partnerships across the globe to help propel our research forward and facilitate change that really matters. Our long-standing relationship with hospitals and health care providers create a unique opportunity for cross-collaborative research and drives significant improvements for patients.
With more than 696 members spanning three research programs, our dedicated research teams continue to tackle some of the most pressing health and medical challenges of the 21st century.
