Join us for an insightful chat with the owner and director of Barracks Gym, Carly Box. Carly will discuss her key mindset pillars, some fitness prompts and overall wellness tips that will help you get the best out of your study.

Thursday 7 April

10am - 2pm

Centre yourself through movement and breath in our outdoor yoga class. Join us outside the Goanna Lounge (N16) for a relaxing yoga session run by the Griffith Yoga Lifestyle Club. Yoga mats will be provided, just wear some comfy clothes and show up!

  • 10am- Neck and Shoulder Massage Workshop
  • 11am- Breathwork, Stretch and Hatha Yoga
  • 12pm- Yoga Nidra and Mantra Meditation
  • 1pm- Wisdom Talk and Mantra Meditation Workshop

How to use Zoom

  1. Download the Zoom App on your phone
  2. Copy the Meeting ID. for the class you would like to attend above, paste into Zoom 10 minutes before the start time
  3. Get ready for the class!
