Practical experience: real projects for real clients
QCA Enterprise was established to position the QCA as the leader in professional art and design education and professional development.
We provide a wide range of learning opportunities throughout the year, from beginner classes through to professional development activities.
The QCA Creative Short Course program provides Queensland art students, teachers, and the wider public, with a broad range of pre-tertiary activities including, jewellery and small objects, painting, web design, Photoshop, flash animation and video editing.
QCA Enterprise also provides students with the opportunity to work on projects for real clients in one of our four commercial studios:
- LiveWorm: graphic and visual communication design studios
- LiveImage: professional photography and printing services
- LiveSpace: a new studio for socially and environmentally responsible design, focusing on interior environments and product development.
- LiveLab: film, animation and games projects, led by BAFTA award winning Creative Director Richard Fabb.
Student’s build a portfolio and make critical contacts and networks through our work-integrated learning programs and key industry links.
