recruitment and selection
How much does your business rely on your employees? Employees are crucial to the performance of most businesses- they are often the face of the business and the people who get things done. Recruitment and selection can be one of the most important decisions you make in your business. One bad hire can be costly both financially and to your reputation.
This workshop will cover best practice recruitment and selection, including the value of doing a job analysis and the most effective (and ineffective) methods for selecting from applicants. We will also spend time in this workshop talking about how you can improve your recruitment and selection processes.

Coaching to improve your performance, career and well-being
Have you ever wished that you could talk to someone about how to supercharge your career, how to get the best out of your team, or how to handle the ongoing stress and pressure of your business or job? Well that’s what coaching is for. Coaching is a one to one professional development tool in which your coach will focus on what you need and where you want to go.
Regardless of whether it’s leadership development, managing your career or getting on top of your work/life balance, coaching can help you find a way. In this seminar, we will give you an introduction to what coaching is and how to make it work for you
or your employees.

Getting the best out of your staff
How much does your business rely on your employees? Employees are crucial to the performance of most businesses- they are often the face of the business and the people who get things done. So managing their performance is an important part of your business. Performance management done well can not only improve an employee’s performance but also reduce turnover.
However, performance management done poorly can reduce job satisfaction and increase turnover. This workshop we will cover best practice performance management, including strategies for developing your employees, how to work out why your employee might be under-performing, as well as how to discuss employee performance issues.

This workshop we will examine the range of organisational and individual factors that can cause stress in yourself and your employees.
