Griffith's Infection Control Program is the longest running and most successful tertiary infection prevention and control education program across Australasia. It prepares graduates for advanced practice in infection prevention and control by addressing local, national, and international trends in the communicable diseases and infection.
Infection prevention and control professionals establish, manage, and lead effective programs that deliver high quality and safe healthcare across a variety of settings. These include acute, community and population-based settings, including hospitals, extended care and residential care facilities.
