The Bachelor of Aviation Management will help advance your career in aviation management and prepare you to thrive in the constantly changing aviation environment. You will study courses directly related to job functions in the aviation industry, and learn from lecturers who have strong industry ties, and are world leaders in air travel safety research.
In your final year, you have the option to undertake a short research project to make a valuable contribution to an area in the aviation industry that interests you, which can be sponsored by an organisation or individual within the industry. If you already have aviation experience you may apply for advanced standing to accelerate your studies. As a graduate, you will be able to apply your management skills to many areas of the aviation industry including: airlines, air traffic service providers, maintenance and repair organisations, and government organisations.
Our graduates have an international reputation for being industry ready, and work in a range of flying and management positions with organisations such as Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Etihad, Jetstar, Qantas and Regional Express, as well as Airservices Australia and the Australian Defence Force.
