Aspiring leaders in personal injury often work in demanding environments and with high expectations of themselves and their organisations. Progression in the personal injury industry requires a strong grasp of business, finance and claims, and injury management concepts. Caroline Robinson says studying the different aspects of personal injury management puts into perspective the work she does in her role as Service Manager at Workers' Compensation. `The residential courses have been invaluable in providing me with exposure to different aspects of personal injury insurance, such as Compulsory Third Party insurance and the National Disability Insurance Scheme. I've also gained an understanding of how these schemes really work in practice?.
