Industry accreditation
Griffith University has partnered with the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand (IML ANZ) to prepare fully flexible MBA students with essential leadership skills beyond the classroom. Upon graduating with your fully flexible MBA, you will be on the fast-track route to becoming a Chartered Manager (CMgr), the highest status that can be achieved as a global management professional.
High-quality teaching
Every Griffith MBA teacher combines considerable industry experience with extensive formal education, including a PhD. This means they know how to practice in the business world and understand its theory. You'll benefit from their experience and expertise to make better business decisions.
Authentic assessment and no exams
Whether you choose to study online, on campus, or both, you’ll benefit from peer learning and group collaboration and will be supported by the latest audio and visual interactive learning tools to network with students and staff. There are no exams, so you’ll be graded on practical assignments that you can use in your current or future roles, including writing business plans, developing workplace scenarios and formulating financial plans.
Professional entry pathways
If you don't have an undergraduate degree but do have a wealth of work experience, you may be eligible for professional entry into the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration or Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management. You can choose to study on-campus, online or a combination of both.

At Griffith, we offer two ways to study with us. The first is fully flexible and can be studied online, face to face or a combination of both in a standard 12-week trimester, either part-time or full-time. The second is our online accelerated program, delivered part-time, with each course delivered over 6 weeks.
