Build a career across any industry
Top managers think differently, act differently and make decisions differently than their colleagues and employees. It’s these attributes that make a great leader and Griffith's got them down to a fine art. We’ll teach you how to be innovative, challenge conventions and apply a forward-thinking mindset while you learn to lead and contribute to a prosperous, equitable and sustainable future world of work.
If you like to plan, organise, lead and direct groups of people to achieve a specific goal, then studying management is a good choice for you. You'll learn about management's core functions: communication, planning, teamwork, strategy, human resources and self-development. You'll also develop analytical, communication and decision-making skills, which will enable you to add value to any organisation.
