Supporting you through COVID-19
There have been many changes over the last few months that have resulted in hardship for people all around the world, both economically and emotionally. We have listed a number of helpful services and resources available at Griffith and elsewhere to support you in this uncertain time and help you stay on track with your studies. This site will be updated regularly with new information as it becomes available.
International Student Advisory
For advice, welfare support and support to navigate issues such as payment of tuition fees and student visa issues, please book a phone appointment with an International Student Advisor using the link below or contact the ISA team via ISA@griffith.edu.au. It is important that you reach out to an International Student Advisor urgently if you need assistance. The International Student Advisory can provide information on current support options and refer you to other service providers who can assist.
Computer lab access
Select computer labs remain open for your use on-campus. Information about open computer labs is being updated regularly.
Griffith Computer Loan Program
For students requiring access to technology to support their studies from home, the University is making 1,000 computers from on-campus labs available to borrow. Students can apply for a free, long-term computer loan.
The Griffith IT service is available to assist with Griffith-licensed software support and system access via telephone and email.
Food and day-to-day needs
Griffith International is working with a number of organisations to provide food and meals to international students in severe financial need. More details to come.
