What is Uni Mental Health and Wellbeing Week?

Uni Mental Health and Wellbeing Week takes place from 9–13 September 2019, and includes World Suicide Prevention Day (10 September) and RUOK Day (12 September). Throughout the week, each Griffith University campus plays host to a program of engaging and inspiring activities, helping to raise awareness of the mental health and wellbeing of those who study and work at Griffith.

The concept was first developed by the University Mental Health Advisors Network in the UK, and now has more than 30 Australian and New Zealand universities participating.
