A range of initiatives have been put in place to assist LGBTIQ+ students transition successfully to University.
Coffee Catch Ups
Free coffee and fun. Throughout the semester on various campuses students who identify as LGBTIQ+ or Allies can get together over coffee in a relaxed and safe space to make friends, get support and socialise.
These events are organised by Student Diversity at Gold Coast and the Griffith Rainbow Society at Nathan, Logan and South Bank.

New report now available
The Student Representative Council (SRC) and Griffith University Postgraduate Student Association (GUPSA) are pleased to announce their advocacy report Pride and Prejudice: Sexual and Gender Diversity at Griffith University is now available.
The report brings together the findings of research undertaken by the SRC and GUPSA in Trimester 2 and 3, 2017/18 about the experiences of LGBTIQ+ students at Griffith University (Brisbane and Logan campuses).
