Our structured mentoring program matches experienced and knowledgeable mentors to provide guidance and support for mentees.

Job Shadowing

Job Shadowing allows interested staff to gain work experience and build networks in a job or leadership role that supports their career development. Participants buddy with a matched job shadow host for a half day session.

Velocity Project

Active learning program where participants are guided through a team based project to design and pitch solutions to critical Griffith University challenges.

Creativity, Innovation and Enterprising

A series consisting of 6 half day interactive workshop offerings using Agile and Lean Start up concepts and digital tools to build your collaboration, innovation, creativity, problem solving and presentation skills.

CS Top Talent Development Program

A formal development program for staff identified as ‘Top Talent’ within Corporate Services and is designed to provide a broad range of experiences and opportunities that focus on personal and professional growth. The program is overseen by the Corporate Services Talent Council.
