Requests to change your work allocation profile should be directed to your Head of School/Department for consideration. Changes are approved by the Dean (Academic) and verified by Staff Committee.

Please raise any concerns with your Head of School/Department. You may also like to refer to the work allocation cause of the current Academic Staff Enterprise Agreement.

Work is allocated annually, in consultation with your Head of School/Department, taking into account your work performance and circumstances, career planning, and the operational needs of your element.
What are 'Research Performance Guidelines'?
- Research Outputs published over preceding five-year reference period;
- External Research Income - preceding five-year reference period;
- Higher Degree Research student supervision that has led to a completion - preceding five-year reference period.
