HR Strategic Services
HR Strategic Services is responsible for university-wide strategic initiatives and professional development programs, performance and capability, reward and recognition, strategy and policy development, equity and inclusion, HRIS, workforce planning and reporting and analysis.
HR Business Partners
HR Business Partners provide proactive strategic advice and business partnership to clients within their allocated client portfolio including workforce planning, managing change and case management including coaching and support to academic and senior managers in the management of their staff and related HR matters.
HR Client Services
HR Client Services is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all day-to-day HR services. HR Client Services comprises four teams who are responsible for a dedicated client portfolio.
- Recruitment Services - end to end recruitment and selection activities, Academic Titles and Joint Appointments management.
- HR Advisory Services - direct hire management, onboarding, relocation and immigration services, advice on employment terms and conditions, position profile management and support for Academic Studies Program, Group Academic Promotions, Academic Staff Career Development, and General Staff Performance Reviews.
- Payroll and Benefits - end to end payroll function, staff data changes, superannuation and salary packaging activities.
- HR Systems Support - systems administration and expertise, training, help desk and ongoing support for all PeopleSoft modules, PageUp, maintenance of the HRM website and HR reporting.
