This October make time for your health and wellbeing by taking part in the New You program starting on Tuesday 3 October.
The New You Program creates a fantastic group atmosphere, allowing you to reach your goals with like-minded people and keeps you accountable and motivated throughout the 5 weeks.
In addition to your group training sessions, you will also receive a 30 minute 1-2-1 PT Session specifically tailored to meet your needs plus weekly check-ins with your trainer to keep track of your progress.
