The program caters to all levels from Intermediate through to State Level Competition, as well as Swim Fit classes for overall fitness. Coach Leisel Jones brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the program with a very impressive professional swimming career.

*Casual entry fees apply to all squad memberships outside of scheduled training times, excluding Gold Squad. All squad members can swim for free before or after scheduled sessions.

Bronze Squad

Duration: 45 minutes

Entry Requirement: Able to swim 50m 3 strokes correctly + developing Butterfly.

Goals: Strengthen swim technique and progress towards competing competitively

Silver Squad

Duration: 60 minutes

Entry requirement: Based on swim assessment

Goals: Swimming is primary sport and looking to compete at state level in individual events.

Gold Squad

Duration: 60 minutes

Entry requirement: Based on swim assessment

Goals: Swimming is primary sport and looking to compete at a more advanced state level in individual events.

Adult Swim Fit

Duration: 45 minutes

Entry requirement: Basic swim skills and able to swim multiple laps

Goals: Improve swim technique and improve overall fitness levels

Meet your Coach Leisel Jones

Leisel’s professional swimming career includes 14 individual world records, 9 Olympic medals - 3 Gold, 5 Silver and 1 Bronze, 7 World Championships titles, 10 Commonwealth Games Gold medals and 23 National titles.

Since retiring in 2012, Leisel has worn many hats including working in commentary, media and personal training. Swimming still runs through her veins and she has a passion for allowing people to understand the many benefits swimming can offer. Children and adults alike can have fun while attending squad programs and Leisel is looking forward to making it enjoyable.
