Dr Alison Sammel specialises in the teaching, learning and communication of Science, Sustainable Development Goals, climate change and fresh water. Focusing on active, innovative, disruptive teaching and learning processes, she utilises hands-on pedagogical processes which encourage questioning and unlearning of unsustainable mindsets to transition towards sustainable ways of thinking and being from each person's unique perspective. Alison's passion is challenging deeply held assumptions around the assumed human/environment divide and building capacity for individual and systemic change towards an ecologically sustainable future for all animate/inanimate members of the Earth.
