Parklands Project will soon become a vibrant mixed-use community, with Grocon developing one of the most significant urban renewal projects ever undertaken on the Gold Coast only 300 metres from Griffith University. Construction is on track to be completed by late 2017 and it will be used for the Commonwealth Games Village during 2018.
