Ongoing research projects
I am currently continuing an ongoing analysis of anger-based arguments to test the computational structure of the anger mechanism. I am also testing a functional explanation for the design and origin of facial anger expressions. With collaborators in Denmark and Argentina I am continuing to research how an evolutionary perspective can allow us to explain the origin of individual differences in political attitudes, including attitudes about warfare, income redistribution, welfare, and freedom.
