Course Enrolments and Load
Year to Date Course Enrolments and Load compared to historical enrolment and load data. The reports can be displayed in a couple of ways, by Citizenship based on Funding Type or by Location, Instruction Mode & Semester, and can be restricted by various different categories, for example; Course Host, Course Campus, Course Status, Grading Basis, Program Host, Year Commencement, Academic Career, Semester Commencement, Location of interest, Instruction Mode, and Program Code.
Incoming international applications can be viewed by many categories including by different status, career, or campus; and information about top programs, top recruitment countries, and Last School attended.

Teaching Load reports
Historical and Year to Date Student Load is available by Academic Year and Commencement. Teaching Load is the measure of equivalent Full-time enrolments based on only those courses taught by the element(s) selected/displayed. As opposed to Program Load which is the measure of equivalent Full-time enrolments in a program using all student load in that program regardless, of which element is hosting the courses the students are enrolled in as part of the program.
This report provides a profile of Program performance from application to completion and graduate outcomes. All stages of the students lifecycle are covered including Demand, Demographic attributes, Educational Background, Retention and Graduate outcomes.
QTAC / UAC demand for programs, by schools, groups or all of Griffith. As well as how many of Applicants are progressing through to matriculation by Semester, Admission Stage and Applicant Type or Program for both Domestic and International Students.

This suite provides trend information to assist with understanding our workforce. Five year FTE data is presented by appointment type (Total/Academic/Professional), function (Teaching/Research/Teaching & Research/Other), as well as by campus, gender, and age.
