Alumni and Community are welcome to visit our Libraries. Alumni and Community members can sign up to borrow items from the library or walk in and use our collections.

Alumni
Alumni are entitled to a free 12-month membership of the library. Ongoing membership can be renewed annually.
Community membership
Members of the community including Griffith alumni, reciprocal borrowers and the general public are welcome to borrow items from the Library.

Your library membership entitles you to access our physical collection only. Membership does not include access to online library resources. Complete the online form to register or renew your membership prior to visiting the Library. Current Griffith University students and staff automatically receive library membership and do not need to complete the form.

Unable to renew items?
You either have:
- an item requested by another borrower
- reached the maximum renewal limit
- outstanding borrowing charges for lost or damaged items.

Public Wifi
Access the free Griffith public Wi-Fi network on all Griffith University campuses.
Access online resources
Alumni and the general public residing in Queensland can access a large number of electronic resources through the State Library of Queensland (SLQ). Most are accessible 24/7 with your free SLQ membership. Outside of Queensland, the National and other State libraries enable access to similar resources.
