About this workshop
Program Directors play an important role in leading our academic programs. To assist you in developing the knowledge and skills to fulfil this significant leadership role, you are invited to attend a half-day Program Directors' Orientation workshop.
During this interactive induction workshop, you will explore the scope of the Program Director role and responsibilities including:
- Quality assurance and quality enhancement of programs
- Engaging with the industry / profession
- Leading and facilitating the teaching team
- Managing the program
- Student administration and progression.
This workshop will enable you to network with experienced Program Directors, provide you with strategies for effective program leadership and identify resources, processes and policies that support your role.
