These workshops are designed for staff new to Griffith, taking on a new role as a Course Convenor or Program Director, or looking to enhance and refresh their skills for the trimester ahead.

The Program Directors' Leadership Series explores aspects of the Program Director role and develops capacity to lead within the context of change. Participants have the opportunity to practice, reflect and connect with fellow program leaders.
Program Leaders' Network Lunchbox Sessions
The Program Leaders' Network holds a lunchbox session each month to explore topics and offer professional learning opportunities for staff in a program leadership role.
