2. FAMILIARISE

Once you have access to the authoring tool, it's time to familarise yourself with how to use it. The Smart Sparrow Journey is a set of self-paced lessons you can take in Smart Sparrow to learn about designing and building lessons in the platform. Access this from the "Journey" menu item in Smart Sparrow once you're logged in. Be sure to check out their other Demos while you're there.

3. PLAN YOUR LESSON

Having an understanding of what the tool can do, it's now time to map out your lesson, including any adaptivity you intend to use. It's important to have a clear idea of how the user will journey through your lesson before building to ensure the build process is as smooth as possible. Use the project brief and storyboard templates provided to assist in this process.
