If you are experiencing an issue with a Smart Sparrow lesson, the first point of contact should be your teaching team who may then escalate the problem if it is of a technical nature.
Support within your School
A number of our school-based Learning and Teaching Consultants are familiar with Smart Sparrow and may be able to support you in your development using the tool.
Submit a support request
If you've been unable to find assistance with any other option, you may log a job via the IT Service Centre. Use "Learning@Griffith" as the category, and note "Smart Sparrow" in the request text to ensure your request is assigned appropriately.
