Can I work on my student visa?Your student visa allows you to work in Australia while you are studying. Once your course has started, you can work up to 40 hours per fortnight while studying at GELI, and unlimited hours during GELI holidays (Christmas Day to New Year's day)
It is important that you keep track of your hours at work, because if you work more than your student visa allows, it could be cancelled.
