The results are in from the 2015 LibQUAL Library User Experience Survey and they show a high level of satisfaction across the board.
This positive feedback came from 886 respondents who were surveyed across all Griffith campuses rating Information Services' staff, services and spaces.
Users said that staff were caring, willing to help and that they find information easy to access.
Using this valuable feedback, Information Services has been able to make important improvements and add new services. Including, improved-library spaces and a new online space booking system. They have also improved information access and accelerated access to digital content.
