The INS Health and Safety team provides advice on health and safety matters relating to INS operations, facilitates compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and implementation of Griffith policy and procedures.

The Office of Human Resource Management supports the ongoing training and development of staff through various programs and courses offered throughout the year, usually free of charge. A wide variety of courses exist to assist staff to develop both personally and professionally, ranging from time management and interview performance courses to an extensive program designed to support and develop management and leadership skills.
