Confidentiality is an extremely serious aspect of the relationship between the Industry Partner the student and the University.
Non-disclosure and Assignment of Intellectual Property Deed
During the course of the Program, confidential information may be disclosed to the student by the Industry Partner or other third party for the purposes of the student participating in the project.
The University provides a Non-disclosure and Assignment of Intellectual Property Deed (NDA) that when executed is an agreement between an organisation and the student. By signing the Deed the student assigns all intellectual property to an organisation and agrees to keep any confidential information strictly secret and confidential.
Industry may request to view the NDA prior to offering a project by emailing email@example.com
Where all or part of the project is to remain confidential, no restriction may be placed on the Student’s ability to lodge their assessment items for examination in accordance with normal Griffith University rules and the NDA.
Terms and Conditions

The University may disclose confidential information to its officers, employees or contractors who have a need to know for the purpose of the Industry Affiliates Program.
