The Planning and Statistics Portal (PSP) provides on-line access to statistical information, including reports relating to higher degree research students. Most of these reports may be downloaded into excel for further manipulation. Many of these reports enable the user to select from a range of criteria to specify the data required. These criteria include semester, program level, host group, funding type, campus, host element.
Access to statistical information not available on the PSP may be requested by completing a Statistical Request form.
Internal students and staff, please submit the Internal Statistical Request form.
External organisations and students, please submit the External Statistical Request form.
If you require detailed student information rather than statistics, please contact the Griffith Graduate Research School. To use the PSP reports, visit the Management Information Server and select from the range of reports offered. Some reports relevant to HDR students are described below.

Interactive Program Enrolments and Load Report
|Provides the number of students (or load if Student Load is selected in the ‘Data Elements’ field) for the selected group, and host element, by program type and commencement status (ie, commencing or continuing). Other selectable categories such as campus and attendance status may also be specified. Note: select the appropriate criteria (eg, Program level - Research HD, to obtain information about HDR students)|

To obtain information on every student in whom an element has an interest, including the supervisors role and teaching proportion, select as follows:

Higher Degree Research Teaching Load by Budget Element Compared to Budget Targets
|This report is useful to Heads of Element when considering whether the element’s budget can support a higher degree by research. It provides information on the element’s current load, budget target and the amount over or under target.|
