After the examination is completed, and prior to the degree being awarded, one digital copy of the final version of the thesis must be uploaded via myGriffith > My research > My candidate centre.
For DVA students, images of the final studio research, must also submitted/uploaded.
Students may wish to give consideration to providing their supervisors with a complimentary copy of the final version of the thesis.
The digital copy will be deposited with the Library for inclusion in the Griffith University Research Theses Repository. The thesis will then be accessible (subject to approved access restrictions requested by the author) through Griffith University's website, a national database of Australian theses, and through Web search engines. The digital copy must be saved on disk or CD in Word, or PDF).
Examiners are not required to return the examination copies of the thesis. If the degree is not awarded, the University will retain one copy.
