What we do
Our Phyiotherapists have an extensive background of anatomy, physiology and pathology and use the latest therapy techniques to match treatment precisely to each patients needs. Individual or a combination of treatments may be used such as manual therapy to a joint, massaging, stretching, accupuncture, electro-therapy, taping as well as other forms of exercise and movements.
Personalised treatment for pain relief
Our physiotherapists use targeted exercise programs and treatments to help with a wide variety of conditions such as sports and musculoskeletal injuries, spinal and joint pain, persistent pain and chronic disease management, post-operative rehabilitation, work-related injuries, occupational assessment and treatment, Womens’/Mens’ health, athlete screening and performance enhancement and much more.
A multidisciplinary approach
Our multi-disciplinary approach to healthcare ensures that you’ll receive the best treatment possible. Where appropriate, we can draw upon the complementary skills, experience and knowledge of individual health professionals to give you an integrated and comprehensive healthcare program above and beyond what an individual practitioner could deliver themselves.
What to expect on your first visit
Your initial consultation will include a comprehensive assessment of your condition/injury by one of our physiotherapists who’ll then work with you to develop an effective management plan to optimise your recovery and performance.
