Balance your mind and body through Yoga
Our Yoga classes are designed for beginners and those at level 1 and adopt a combination of the following universal features of yoga including:
- physical postures (asana)
- breath work (pranayama)
- hand gestures (mudras)
- vibration (mantra)
- relaxation (savasana)
- meditation (Samadhi)
All classes are led by our Yoga Teacher Mitch Hunter. Yoga is a great way to help your body and mind develop awareness, focus and strength.
1 hour classes are scheduled for:
- Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm
- All classes will be conducted at Griffith University's Gold Coast campus - Level 4, G40 Building (the large building on the corner of Olsen Ave and Parklands Drive, Southport).
