Open to the public
You can choose between structured treatment programs or flexible programs where your therapist will work with you to identify modules that best suit your needs. All ages (child, adolescent, adult) are welcome. No diagnosis or referral is necessary, although with a referral, you may be eligible for Medicare or private health insurance rebates.
We offer a large range of group therapy options for all ages. Our child and adolescent programs focus on helping younger children improve their social skills as well as dealing with anxiety, while our adult programs focus on practising mindfulness as well as dealing with the struggles of daily life. In addition to these we have also developed a range of Autism Spectrum Disorder group programs to help younger children in social settings and also to prepare adolescents while they transition from school to the workforce or further education - Kids Connect (7-12 years, social skills), Cool Kids (8-12, anxiety) and Next Step (16-19 years, transition).
A variety of assessment options are available for adults and children. Learning assessments (cognitive) focus on areas such as academic achievement and learning disabilities and diagnostic assessments can be completed during therapy sessions for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
If you'd like more information simply submit your enquiry online. All enquiries are confidential.
