Individual therapy

You can choose between structured treatment programs or flexible programs where your therapist will work with you to identify modules that best suit your needs. All ages (child, adolescent, adult) are welcome. No diagnosis or referral is necessary, although with a referral you may be eligible for Medicare or private health insurance rebates.

Group therapy

We offer a large range of group therapy options for all ages. Our child programs focus on helping younger children improve their social skills as well as dealing with anxiety (Child Anxiety Program, 7-11 years, anxiety), while our adult programs focus on practising mindfulness as well as dealing with the struggles of daily life. In addition to these we have also developed a range of Autism Spectrum Disorder group programs to help younger children in social settings (Kids Connect, 7-11 years, social skills).

A variety of assessment options are available for adults and children. Learning assessments (cognitive) focus on areas such as academic achievement and learning disabilities and diagnostic assessments can be completed during therapy sessions for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
