Jens Tampe

Dr Jens Tampe is the Deputy Director of Griffith Enterprise, Griffith University's dedicated office for business and government engagements, innovations and new ventures. He is a pro-active executive with deep knowledge and experience in leading engagement between tertiary academic institutions and their partners in industry, government and philanthropy. With more than 20 years of track record in tertiary academic institutions, industry and publicly funded research institutions in Australia and overseas, Jens is a proficient translator of innovations from academia into products and services that create substantial socio-economic benefits. He has a PhD in Immunology from Johannes Gutenberg-Universität, Mainz, Germany. Jens serves as member of a number of advisory boards and steering committees at Griffith University.
