A range of workshops are available for higher degree by research (HDR) candidates, covering a variety of topics that will assist you throughout your candidature.
Registrations are essential. Please mark the workshop to your diary. You may not receive a confirmation email upon registration, however, an email reminder will be sent to all registrants prior to workshop commencement.
Workshops for 2017 will be advertised as dates are confirmed.
How to Register for GGRS Workshops
You will be invited to register for events by email. Registrations will open between 2 weeks and 1 month prior to the date of the event. Please email RED@griffith.edu.au if you have queries about event registration.
All HDR Candidates (including remotely enrolled candidates) are required to attend the GGRS on-campus induction program within the first six months of candidature. More information on the induction program:
Information on upcoming workshops and GGRS events for HDR Candidates (including registration information) will be posted here as soon as it is available. The Griffith Graduate Research School (GGRS) hosts a series of compulsory and elective workshops related to the supervision of HDR candidates. These supervisor workshops are open to all interested Griffith University staff members. They are not open to current HDR candidates.
All Griffith staff are welcome to attend our HDR candidate workshops. Please note however that HDR workshops do not count towards Supervisor accreditation, unless specifically noted in the invitation.
