Work with us to investigate the meaning of culture and community

Our centre produces a diverse range of quality research engaged in public debate. We investigate the meaning of culture, contestations over history, community, public space, and the role of academics as cultural workers, and contribute to journals articles and books, exhibitions, commissions and academic conferences. In addition, we provide a range of research-related services, including consultancy to government, not-for-profit and corporate sectors. We welcome opportunities to work with other research centres within Griffith University, as well as other tertiary and cultural institutions in Brisbane and beyond.
